We accept UPI (through our payment partner MMADPay) and Cash on Delivery. UPI payments work with any UPI app — GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or any bank's UPI service. Most clients pay securely by UPI or card.

Yes. The entire site runs on HTTPS/TLS encryption. UPI transactions are processed end-to-end by our gateway partner. We do not store any UPI ID, PIN, OTP or banking credentials on our systems — only the transaction reference number for reconciliation.

Yes, as long as it has not yet been dispatched. Write to info@zenthiaads.com with your order number and we will help. Once an order is dispatched, it can only be processed as a return after delivery.

UPI declines are usually due to bank-side timeouts, daily UPI limits, or temporary outages of the UPI app. No amount is deducted from your account in such cases. You may retry the payment, switch to a different UPI app, or choose Cash on Delivery.

Yes. All prices on the Website are inclusive of GST. The GST breakdown appears on the invoice that accompanies your order.

After you book, our team reaches out within 48 hours to confirm scope and gather access and assets. Timelines depend on the service and are confirmed at kickoff — most one-off services are delivered within 5–10 business days; retainers run monthly.

Services have no shipping charges. The price you see is all-inclusive of GST and shown in full at checkout before you confirm.

We work with clients across India, fully remotely. Enter your PIN code at checkout for billing details — service delivery itself is online, so location is not a constraint.

You will receive email updates as your service moves through kickoff and delivery. You can also reply to any update or contact us with your order number for a status check at any time.

You may cancel a service before work begins for a full refund. Once work has started, refunds are pro-rated for any deliverables not yet completed. Read the full Refund & Cancellation Policy for details and timelines.

Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days from initiation. UPI refunds return to the same UPI ID.

If a deliverable isn’t as agreed, tell us within 48 hours at info@zenthiaads.com. We will revise the work or process a fair refund within 7 business days, at your preference.

Yes. If work hasn’t started, we can swap your booking to another service and settle any difference in price. Just email us with your order number.
