Zenthia provides digital marketing & IT services (such as SEO, paid media, social media, email, websites and related IT work). The Website is not an e-commerce store and does not sell physical goods.
References to "we", "us" and "our" mean ZENTHIA ADVERTISING PRIVATE LIMITED. References to "you" and "your" mean the user of the Website and/or the client who engages our services.

The final payable amount, inclusive of all taxes, is displayed to you on the checkout page before you confirm your order. Prices do not include third-party costs you authorise separately (for example advertising spend, domain names, licences or paid tools).
Your placement of an order is an offer to engage our services. Your order is accepted only when we send you an order-confirmation email. Until that confirmation is sent, we may refuse to accept your order, in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full.
Payment for services is collected up front through our gateway partner MMADPay, via UPI (Unified Payments Interface) or supported cards. Payments are processed end-to-end through the gateway. We do not store any UPI ID, PIN, OTP, card or banking credentials on our systems.
Cancellations and refunds for services are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
